Challanges
The primary challenge for this project was to redesign the Fashion Nova e-commerce website to improve user experience, enhance conversions, and align with the brand's evolving identity. Some specific challenges included:
- Outdated design: The existing website had a dated and cluttered design, making it difficult for users to navigate and find products.
- Poor mobile responsiveness: The website was not optimized for mobile devices, leading to a poor user experience for a significant portion of the target audience.
- Low conversion rates: The website was struggling to convert visitors into customers, indicating a need for improvements in the checkout process and overall user journey.
Solutions
To address these challenges, we implemented the following solutions:
