The primary challenge for this project was to redesign the Fashion Nova e-commerce website to improve user experience, enhance conversions, and align with the brand's evolving identity. Some specific challenges included:

  • Poor mobile responsiveness: The website was not optimized for mobile devices, leading to a poor user experience for a significant portion of the target audience.
